Concernant la limitation je pense que les m decins ne savent pas vraiment (suite discussion avec un grand professeur en orthop die) et que cela d pend de l’individu et de son anatomie, mais par pr caution ils pr f rent dire moins que plus, a mon avis les 140 vous arriverez a les d passer !!
